Tapas, Paella and Tortilla are the great Spanish staples of the dining table. Nothing is more delicious than selecting and enjoying the delights of the tapas bar. From Pulpo to Crangejo the Spanish love their seafood and they also know how to cook it to perfection.
Spanish wine is extremely well known although Rioja gets most of the attention their are some wonderful wines like Albarino from the more northern parts of Spain.
In the South Paella is served with the inevitable Sangria and is the delight of so many tourist to this buzzing seaside region of Spain.
